Ingredients
- 1 1/2 gallon Water, cold
- Salt
- 1 lb. Linguine, dried
- Mushrooms
- Spinach
- Zucchini
- Onion
- Tomato
- Tomato Sauce
- Garlic
- Italian Seasoning
- Pepper

Yields: Serves four (4) people
Instructions - Linguine
- Add water to the pot. Put a lid on and bring to a fast boil.
- When the water boils. Add the salt, add the pasta and Stir.
- Cook the pasta for 8-12 minutes.
- Drain water immediately
- Add the desired sauce and serve.
- Saute Mushrooms, Spinach, Zucchini, Onion , Tomato (1-2 Cup of each Veg sliced) (All Vegetables were grown fresh from the Garden of Miss Jen)
- Add Tomato Sauce (14 Oz Can)
- Cook on Medium heat for 10-15 minutes, reduce heat
- Place pasta in serving bowl.Spoon vegetable mixture sauce over pasta
